RSD and oral Ketamine

:yikes:I had a stroke in 2000 and rsd started at the same time. Four 13 years my pain level has been 9/10. I have been through several treatments including many treatments through the spine, pain patches, oral meds, placement of electrial of nerve stimulation(which needed to 4 back surgeries to install rod in back and under skin battery)which made the pain worse. 2 weeks i went thru 10 days of oral ketamine 25mg x 3 daily. My pain level has dropped from 9/10 to 6 pain level. Oral ketamine was delivered by oral syringe. I have had basically no side affects. Hopefully we will do an other treatment at a higher dose and will my pain level will drop. The last 13 years with rsd has taken my life to just exiting. The ketamine is very bitter but i mix it with cola and the taste is ok. I go the VA and im the first person and only person so far at the VA i go to who has used this treatment plan. My prayers go out to my fellow rsd suffers.
