Cod Liver Oil?
 
Does anyone take this? Or heard that it's a good supplement to take? :confused:

I was taking it before the medical analysist woman. now I take her drops. both YUCK! its a really good source of Vit D.

While Cod Liver oil does have D in it...it also has Vit A and studies show A will compete for absorption.

What do you want to accomplish? Omega-3s? These are best taken alone so you can adjust your dose and not worry about getting too much Vit A. (retinol).

Vit D can be taken separately for minimal cost, safely.

For fish oil, you can use Krill oil also if you want. That is what we switched to. But both of us took fish oil for about a decade.
