Tips on "Rehab"

Hi all,

So I'm writing because I am trying to do my best at rehabbing--whatever that means in the case of TBI. Mostly rest, I guess. My cognitive symptoms--in terms of thinking, memory, etc. as such--aren't the crux of my problem. I have a constant headache, and I become fatigued and feel sick when any cognitive exertion is involved (reading, talking, writing). I have recently started exercising with some success. I have built up from walking to a stationary bike and some swimming. But my symptoms still persist when engaging in activities with high cognitive load. I am wondering how those who have successfully recovered have structured their days. Did you build up your physical and mental capacities in the same way? Thanks.
