Looking for info

can someone please tell me in real words what nonspecific decreased T1 signal intensity within marrow containing elements of the cervical (and lumbar) spine means? Also if a low MPV from a previous CBC would mean anything combined with this?
Would like to also know what nonspecific mild T2 prolongation in the C4 vertebral body centrally is.
Thanks for any help! :)

A quick web search suggests the T1 & T2 are types or settings on the MRI.

What I found here might explain better -
