Hi everyone
I found this forum today when perusing the net to try to find out why my feet feel numb and like they have socks on all the time. Plus my legs are starting to hurt after just a couple of hours horseback riding. Kind of a burning hurt.
I am 58 yo and live on a farm that contains me and my husband, 3 horses and 5 cats. I'm pretty active - do lots of weed eating, lawn mowing on 15 acres plus gardening and horseback riding and playing with 2 grandchildren. I don't have health ins and probably won't be able to afford much treatment so the internet gives me clues. I don't like or trust doctors and would rather try a natural remedy any day. Hope I don't sound too negative or skeptical! I am happy to have found this forum and it will take some time to read about everyone's experiences in treating their neuropathy which I think is what I may have. Thanks for your support! |
Hi there, and welcome to the community! There are several forums here where your symptoms seem to fit--I hope someone will be along soon with some suggestions!
Many people here choose to go with natural or alternative care, however, most do so once they have a definitive diagnosis. Sometimes even a "natural" approach can be contraindicated for certain health problems. Good luck to you on your search for answers! |
Greetings!!
