Bee Caps by Nature Cure
These sound interesting and seem to really have some good qualites in them but wondered if anyone knows anything about them, if anyone has used them for PN? Always looking for things to help the healing vs beening on too many drugs . thanks

Charlie, I can't find anything about them anyplace that doesn't sell them. That tells me a lot right there... (RUN!)
Regarding their claim of "22 nutrients required by the human body", they don't list anywhere what those nutrients are, or how much the product contains. I'd be willing to bet that just about anything I pull out of my pantry or refrigerator (not to mention my multi-vitamin) can make the same claim. Doc |

NOW, Country Life, and several lesser known companies offer Bee Pollen Caps on the iHerb website and you could read the reviews for some of them.

Keep in mind that it is basically alot of money for something unproven.
The supplements we use here on PN cost enough... even when I find good quality and deals here for people. IMO it is best to invest in proven substances. If you have money and it is no object, then only choose a company with GMP certification. Who knows what could be in that product. And also there are warnings for people with allergies, etc. |

I'm taking several things that are helping. All can be found here in the Supplements Sticky (methyl B12, RLA, D3, B5...) and all have credible science/studies backing them up. There are a couple on my list to try yet, when I can find the money. Personally, I'd try everything there first. From what I've seen (which is, admittedly, limited) these Bee caps are expensive sugar pills. Doc |
