i was told that the ssa made a decision on my ssdi claim. does anyone know what the wait time is. the ssa said a couple weeks, but i would like to know if anyone has been through this part.

Keep checking your bank acct.

i did not have a bank account at the time. i have one now but it is new

It takes longer if the money isn't deposited into your account. I had to wait 90 days for the back pay.

Try to PLAN for it being 3 months (90 days)......then be happy if you here sooner.
