I'm tired of hurting and being scared all the time.

Try to put your mind on a rest... Scared o what ? Tell me only if talking about wont trigger you.... Is it something that you can fix ? Ignore ? I mean, fears are usually only in our imagination you know.... If we stop thinking about it, fear will go away... Unless there is a real problem like, being in a war o something....

Hurting ? You mean.... ? Physical pain or you mean something else ?

Fear...that's of the abuse memories. Sometimes, I'm afraid, they can still hurt me. Probably doesnt make sense.

The hurting/ pain is physical and emotional. I have 'body memories' sometimes. That can hurt and the fibromyalgia hurts. Emotional hurt, cause they hated me so much. My family hated me and hurt me, cause I"m bad. That's what they told me.

Never give up.
