at 5'10 he say that hanging open up the thoracic outlet, funny because baddminton improved my symptomes.

This doctor Hauser is not the most well-spoken individual based on this video. I can't believe he said hanging on either a bar or a "tree limb" opens the thoracic outlet among other things.

If it you have strictly neurogenic TOS and it helps you, great. If you have vascular TOS I would not recommending "hanging". I once thought I had strictly neurogenic TOS but later discovered it was vascular as well.

i cant watch the video but prolotherapy is really sketchy. i would not try it

hanging feels good to me i think bc it stretches my armpits/lats pecs which can be achieved in other ways.
