What part of life has gotten you down?

Hi - I've been in severe, unrelenting pain for over 3 years. Here's what I do to get me through a bad day (the one where you wish you could hold your breath long enough to pass out) -then there are the nights when I'm awake at "dark:30". I think even God sleeps then. I feel so alone. BUT my cure for the blues: I have seven brothers and sisters - and my Mom is still very much alive (at age 82). I live FOR them. I eat FOR them. I live through all my bad days and nights because I AM LOVED. Hang on - you ain't through living yet!

You are not alone:hug: I see people every day that feel like you do. I feel like you do sometimes. This morning I was so grumpy, so negative. I guess I woke up on the wrong side of the bed! It wasn't bad enough that I was grumpy..I had to pull the hubby into it! After I chewed him out for what now seems so silly, I went out on the balcony, looked up and prayed. I asked God for the strengh to change my behaviour, to be grateful for the day. With all of my heart I asked him for help..I had to ask a few times this morning but with his help I was able to turn my day around! Praying never lets me down if I meet God halfway. Life is wonderful and I sincerely hope that you are feeling better about it soon...I certainly am praying for you, Lorrauhnze:hug:
