Have you considered teaching
Teaching for the skilled tradesman is usually a straight forward proccess if your certifications are in order. Even if they are not do not rule it out. I have known a couple of skilled technicains who went that route. The US is entering a time frame when the highly skilled trade/craftsman is a species that is quickly going extinct. The hours will be easier and you get to pass your knowledge along.

Everyone's situation is different. My advise to you is to do what is best for you health wise &/or financially. Read the stickies at the top of this website and also read the wealth of information on the SSDI website - http://www.ssa.gov/pubs/10029.html/  |
