A good day.

I guess it started yesterday when I went to a yoga workshop to make a mala for meditation. The teacher said " let the stones pick you" I thought I wanted amethyst but serpentine drew me in. Later I learned that the properties ground you to nature. Well, today, I met with National Park Service Rangers and they gave me an internship. Trip (my dog) and I are going to have to ride the train to DC, we will get through it as we do all things.

I went to the dentist to have them check out a filling that turned out to be simply sensitivity.

I met with my TBI doc and we decided it was too soon for me to go on a week long trip out of town 8 hours away. So that is decided. I am not on mania Meds and the depression Meds will be full dose so I am on the look out for manic symptoms.

Oh and I let go of my cleaning ladies....I can do it.

I took Trip swimming and I went for a 4 mile run.

I needed a good day, just to know they are out there.

Dear Hilary

I am so glad you had a good day! :):):) It sounded very productive and really positive in many ways!

I know what you mean about knowing good days are "out there."

I am glad to hear they are out there also - thank you for sharing yours. :)

Thanks! I will be helping launch a new program to help veterans transition out of the military and into the National Park Service. I wanted to work in the woods but this sounded more up my alley. I start on the 13 th.

Hi,

Yes, it is good to record the good days. We can hold on to them. Good luck with the internship.
