Sensa

Anyone try Sensa or know of anyone who has?
It's the powder you put on your foods...I think it is suppose to release a smell that reduces the appetite.

I think it's cost scared me away from it $90 for a months supply.
If it works then it is worth it.

It didn't work very well for me. And the sweet powder drinks they have made me crave sugar all the more! I've since heard that eating/drinking something sweet--even if it doesn't contain sugar--will keep you craving sweets. I was defeating the purpose and didn't even know it.

They were advertising it here for so long now they are not so it must not be proving to be working don't know. I like my coffee sweetened using stevia...liquid drops put alot in my coffee but much better than french vanilla coffee creamer with its trans fat! nOw we just use half and half.
I don't eat sweets now because I am dieting pretty strictly now. I have lost a good 5 pounds so far. Gained so much weight these last few months of eating and drinking...I was not that far away from my goal weight 6 months ago. Now have 15 pounds to lose more if I can do it. My scrub pants had gotten so tight, i refused to go up in size. incentive to keep on my diet. I try to follow a low carb diet, not counting calories or carbs just trying to eat as healthy as possible. I usually eat at a health food store every day for lunch.
that is my best meal of the day. I only eat twice a day. was making smoothies in the morning then got tired of that.

I believe the exercise "pushing away from table" is the answer...smaller plates, bowels..

This is actually a very old post. I decided that even with things going against me (age, meds, problems exercising.etc.) reduction of calories, healthy foods, water, accountability, time, persistence and lots of patience will do the trick.
