tingling in legs and shoulders
i did this pilates exercise incorrectly last night and i guess it stressed out my t-spine (?)
i couldn't even lie on my side/shoulders because they were tingling so down into my arms and then i got a mild tingling/trickling sensation in my legs is this really abnormal? i'm not sure what it means today i feel mildly tingly all over. it's not painful exactly but i know i have to take it easy |
so i mentioned it to my pt today and she didnt seem surprised, said it was something to do with my t-spine being..all worked up (??) and setting off my autonomic nervous system.
this makes the most sense to me |
The same thing happened to me doing the butterfly move in Tai Chi. Very bad for T-spine. Be very careful. How are you now?

i am fine (as fine as you can be with TOS), glad to know it's not just me. i even did the same exercise but paid attn to my t-spine and did it very gently and nothing happened. so weird.

Has the tingling gone away? |
