Nausea, vomiting gallstones

I post on PN board. Two years ago I had CT scan of my abdomen. It revealed gallstones. I didn't get sick from them so I let it go. Now for past five months I have been have episodes of nausea and vomiting. I went to DR and she set me up for gallbladder sonogram.

Anyone have mild symptoms before having full fledged galllbladder attacks?

A lot of these episodes are at night or upon waking in the morning. My mother had gallbladder problems. My age is 64 and I have a thin build.
