Paula's Pool Party Parkinson's Practise caught on tape

Paula! Paula!
There's a video on the net of you and a swimming pool and there's this movie producer who thinks you are the cat's pyjamas
You better post it here before people start banging on the door asking where that came from

Gold medals to Paula and Jenny and all the other ladies in the zumba class. And to Faizan, the film maker. I know how hard Paula worked to get this class filmed and online. It was worth all the work Paula -- its really wonderful!

I agree with Linda's awarding gold medals to Paula and all. I also second Paula's message in the video that water exercise is valuable for those of us with PD. I've been doing it regularly for about 5 years and it keeps me moving and seems to improve my ability to live with PD in many ways.

Thank you, Paula, Linda, Bob and Faizan for bringing this video to us.

Paula, this looks such fun, and what a great bit of film. Loved watching it. Medals all round from here too!

Lol!

The documentary is fantastic, and the gal leading the group obviously does not have PD. but what cracked me up was you being surrounded by water and carrying your little water bottle intro the pool! It just struck me as funny.

You get quite a workout making those moves in the density of the water. I wish we had a group like that!
