Ulnar Neuropathy with heterotopic ossification
 

I have ulnar neuropathy left over from a severe accident I was in that also left me with heterotopic ossification in that arm. I am wondering if anyone happens to know anything as far as the HO making the ulnar neuropathy worse, etc. I would also like to know if there's anything that I can do on my own at home for some relief, since it seems to be worse this month.
