small fibre neuropathy

Ive only recently been diagnosed with sfn but ive had it since last year. Had plenty of trips to the local hospital had the tests done , but they still dont know whats caused it.

My feet are constantly burning and at night especially the tops of my feet ache like mad :( the doctor gave me gabapenton to take at night but it makes me groggy in the morning and ive got 3 children to look after so i cant win.

Ive also got an essential tremor in my hands arms legs and head and i was wondering if the tremor is related in some way to the small fibre neuropathy?

If theres any one that could help me plz do :)
