What the !@#$?
About a week ago...I got into a fight with somebody that was trying to take advantage of my girlfriend. I sent him to the hospital and he didn't get a hit on me...but ever since that day, I've been screwed up pretty bad. New symptoms have started to manifest (chronic fatigue, severe dizziness, constant feeling of intense fear) and my normal symptoms have been amplified by 10x. I'm trying to keep myself together but right now it's really hard.
What can I do to get back on track? I was just starting to tolerate my symptoms and live my life. Now, when I wake up...I'm super tired and just want to sleep all day. My brain is running so sluggish that I can't find the right words and ways to say things. I'm starting to avoid social interaction again because of the embarrassment it brings when I can't get out what I'm trying to say. It's super frustrating because I'm already borderline impaired as it is. Ugh...what can I do? I'm still taking my vitamins, I'm sleeping most of the day...I'm trying to avoid stress but this is stressful as it is, and I'm also helping raise two children. Help? |
You did an extreme overload of adrenaline. It may take a week or two of quiet rest to recover.
It sounds like you were somewhere you should not have been. Lucky you did not get locked up. Also luck he did not get a shot on you. Think. Then, think again. |
Thanks Mark, I hope you're right.

My brain is running more and more sluggish everyday. I'm not really doing anything more than I need to...just helping with the kids and going to my doctor appointments. Soooo....why isn't it getting any better?
It's getting harder for me to think, concentrate, focus, comprehend, retain information and express myself. Ugh, I just want to bury my head in the sand. Sleep isn't really helping, I'm actually waking up in worse shape than I was before I fell asleep. Every day since the 9th has been horrific. I can only pray for a better day tomorrow. |
