Canada Dry Ginger Ale.

Can I drink this?

I noticed it has a lot of sugar...but it tastes so good.

It does not have caffeine so it should be fine. I used to get it in the Extra Dry version. The carbonation would go up your nose if you drank it too fast. I drink Sierra Mist. It has natural sugar and flavors. I make a mix with Langers Cran Raspberry in it. It is all natural too.

Must admit I am finding it difficult to find things to drink especially since the majority of carbonated drinks are out together with coffee and beer.

I find it difficult to absorb water unless there is something in it, not keen on milk, too much natural fruit juice isn't that good for you.

So what else is there ?

I feel your pain. I cut out as much sugar, caffeine that I can and completely cut out aspartame, glutamate, all that good neurotoxin crap that I can't believe they get away with selling.

As far as I've looked into it, Gingerale is the best of the regular pops for you. Plus as a little kid when you had the flu, the ginger helped my stomach, great for pcs nausea!

Do you have a health food section at your local grocery store? I work at one, so I see them all, haha :P There's lots of new pops that are "organic lemonades", etc. Cream sodas, raspberry lemonade, mango orange, rootbeer, etc. I've been able to find ones with no sucralose, aspartame, etc. They use cane sugar instead. High in sugar (the good stuff always does), but a good substitute !

Hope that helps! :)
