blood clotting
 
hello, i was wondering if any severe vit/mineral deficiencies would make one more prone to blood clotting? thank you

Hey there,

I think a severe b6/b9/b12 deficiency might, in that it may cause homocysteine levels to rise and elevated homocysteine levels are associated with a higher risk of blood clots.

I don't know the answer to that specific question, and/but I'm concerned that it could be misleading if something else more serious is going on.

I would take a look at any/all possible causes and either rule out or pursue clues/possibilities from there.
