PN?

In june I was hit in the back of my neck and base of my skull by a large metal fire door. Picture a mouse in a mouse trap and you get the idea. I have been expierencing a burning pain in my mid back that wraps around my ribs. Also minor incontinence, I also get the urge to pass a stool Very urgent but have trouble passing.

Part of my physical routine is to walk. During my walk I sometimes develop pins and needles in my hand as well as pain from my lower back down to my knees. I am not expeirencing much discomfort in arms and legs but my mid back is awful.

The pain comes in waves starting low on the pain scale and building to 6 or 8 out of 10. The pain will then recede back to a managable level. This cycle will happen 5 to 7 times a day. I thought I would ask the forum members what opinions they may have.
