Long Time, No Post

Hey, I haven't posted for months..

I've been trying to get better in time for the new school year. For a week or so, I was really improving and some days, I didn't have a headache as soon as I got up, but now.. everything is worse.. the headaches have stopped improving and are constant again. My memory is getting worse again.. and now I'm suffering full body pain, particularly in my chest and legs.

It's hard to ask if that's normal. What's normal? But has anyone else experienced that? I find it hard to stand up now for long periods of time, or walk quickly. By the end of the day, I'm almost crying in pain. I would cry, but it would make my head hurt more.

Thanks...

As far as improving and then the headaches coming back, you may be pushing yourself too hard...although I completely understand the drive to prepare yourself for school, and see where your new limits might be.

I DO have the same issues as far as standing up for long periods of time as well as walking quickly. I find also that going up two small flights of stairs in the two story building I work at makes me red-faced and winded.

Not quite sure what to do about it, but makes me feel less crazy that someone else is experiencing this. I didn't want to post about it because I thought maybe I was just overthinking things. I am glad you posted, and hope that you continue to improve, despite the return of some of your symptoms.
