Anyone using Nortriptylene for neurpathic pain?

I'm not getting any answers whether anyone's tried both Nortriptylene and Gabapentin. I'd be interested if anyone has just tried Nortriptylene for peripheral neuropathy in their feet, their results, and doseage. I and a friend both have a very uncomfortable "folded sock" syndrome behind our toes.
