Thoracic Outlet Syndrome/ Cervical Spine

I have been told I have TOS and Cervical Spine Disease which is Degenative discs in my neck it burns constantly chronically everyday since an auto accident in 2008 and I have gone to 32 specialists and I cannot find help. I am starting to loose my arms they ache and sharp pain constantly and my neck burns like sand paper being rubbed on my back neck spine but not being helped because cat scans and mri tells doctors that I have no pinched nerves??? What do I do???:(:(

You should have a nerve conduction test done for that

If no pinched nerves are showing , then TOS might be the main problem.
