Trigeminal neuralgia

What new treatments are available for TGN? I've done all the anti-seizure meds, last one Lyrica which worked to stop the attack, but now am suffering from multiple withdrawal symptoms. Burning legs, headache, achy arms legs, sacral pain, depression.
