Lip Biopsy

I got a lip biopsy done on Thursday for Sjogrens and my lip is still numb, can anyone tell me if this will be permanent or will I eventually get the feeling back in my lip............Marie

It is not uncommon to have a small area of numbness after the lip biopsy. For some people it is permanent. I still have a small lump and very minor numbness, but it is not bothersome.

I wouldn't worry yet as it was just done Thursday and needs time to heal.
