Smart phone pain/symptom tracker?
Hi all..I I have heard a couple times people reference keeping a journal to see what your trigger symptoms are. And yesterday my PT asked me to keep one so that she is able to see what is working and what isn't for me.
I have heard that there are pain/symptom apps for our smart phones and heard that they can sort the data for you, but not sure which one is a good one or if anyone had any input? I figure since I use mine to remember everything anyway, it would be an easy option.:) |
Smart phone
Interesting never thought to look for an app.

Here's some that might work -
http://www.vitalmhealth.com/painmonitor/ http://www.webmd.com/webmdpaincoachapp http://www.androidapps.com/health/ar...e-android-apps There Are 41 Very Unsafe Android Apps Out There http://www.theatlanticwire.com/techn...t-there/58190/ I'm sure there are more out there... Do you have Google voice , voice recording, sticky notes? any of those would work to quickly make a note of pain, symptoms. |

Thanks Jo*mar.
I have a couple different ones that I am trying out now. It is interesting that they (the apps) are asking about the weather and such which I think is helpful for the docs to know. Yes, a voice note would make life easier, but i would forget all the factors of the day..lol |
I hope you find one that works for you.:)

It doesn't cover all symptoms, but I really liked iHeadache for headache tracking.
