Vibrations??

Hey guys, I have noticed that anything that has the slightest of vibrations that goes to my leg irritates it. If I am in the car as a passenger or driving, if someone stomps the ground near my foot, almost anything sends pain up my leg and through my joint. Does anyone else have this or is it something else??:Ponder:

I can't stand vibrations of any kind.

It makes my body feel as though someone is shoving anything from needles to nails through my body!!!

I've had to shift the speakers in my car to the right side...couldn't handle the vibrations from the speaker in the driver side door.

Can't handle loud music from passing vehicles, or loud motorcycles, cars.
Can't handle vibrations from riding or driving down the road for very long.

So yes... I can't stand vibrations.
:(

Vibrations are one of my triggers too. All of the things mentioned above...even when I was in a wheelchair...the vibrations from the chair would just escalate my pain. Don't see myself ever getting one of those scooters because the vibrations from it would probably send me over the edge. I have found that if i keep my RSD leg up off the ground when sitting in a car, boat, etc then it's a little better. Doesn't help my upper body RSD but hey...any help is better than none.

My daughter has RSD and it's always so hard to take her anywhere because the of the vibrations in the car. Some days are better than others and she can handle it. On the bad days it's makes her RSD worse. She has RSD in both her lower legs. I hate this monster!

Goodness, yes. I have a not-so hot relationship with vibrations. Granted, it's a LOT better than a few years ago, but it's still pretty bad. I'm able to ride in cars without setting off too many flares, but I surely feel each bump, each change in road, etc. Also, if there's construction nearby, I feel those vibrations. I also have to be careful in my science labs because I can feel sound and vibration waves through the tables, floors, etc. It's definitely RSD though.
