This author think that micro-traumas to fascias lead to cytokines release with oxidative stress, wich may sensitize the CNS as time pass and helped with stress and past chronic stress !

People with muscle stretch or trauma, and with RSI and a perfectionist personality are at risks of this syndrome.

This mean we are at risk of fibromyalgia.

For those people who have RSI with associated perfectionism, this mean there is latent fascia fibrosis wich may wake nociceptors up in time of stress of other trauma.

Clearly, perfectionism must be adressed^^

And neurogenic inflammation, fibrosis and central senstization please^^
