Benfotiamine

I am currently taking two 150mg in the morning on an empty stomach. I read that people are getting good results with 600mg. Do you think I should increase the dosage and if I should, do I take 4 150mg pills in the morning at one time or should I take 2 in the morning and two at night.
Thanks Drew

I'd space them out...2 in the morning and 2 at night.

Mostly benfotiamine is recommended for those with PN, but also it is getting some press for others to help prevent glycation of telomeres of DNA. Some people have genetic errors of thiamine
metabolism and cannot metabolize carbs and aldehydes/alcohols properly. So benfotiamine fills that need.
