Has anyone had a thymectomy twice (via resternotmy)

Has anyone had thymus/thymoma removal twice, via the big midline chest incision/sternotomy?
Does cutting the chest bone twice increase the risks?
i just find information about re-sternotomy in the context of cardiac surgery.
