13 with PCS

Hey everybody! I was diagnosed with PCS about 3 weeks ago. I have had symtoms for 1 1/2 months now. I was kept out of school for 3 weeks and just had my first week back in school last week (2 hour days). I don't really find it necessary at the moment to explain my whole story on how I had my concussion, I will post it later when I have more time though. I play basketball on a AAU (traveleling team), make straight A's, and love school and my friends.
Having my concussion completely flipped my life. I feel like I am in a dream all day everyday, for 3 weeks now. I hate it. It's hard to explain, but that is one of my only symptoms. I have a few headaches (before concussion I had only had 2-5 headaches in my life). Another symtoms is irritability, I am very easy to get annoyed/be mean now. It affects my family and people around me (negativly). I found this forums and was very happy to see people like me. One of the people I noticed was very knowledgable and friendly was Mark in Idaho, and a few others I can't place. I don't know exactly what I am hoping for on here, I was debating getting an account and decided it would be good. I would just like some positive feedback from some people. I'm very sad now I don't think I am depressed, but I don't find many things fun anymore. At night I will just sit and think and it seems like this will never get better. It's been 1 1/2 months and I still feel terrible. Thanks everyone, that's all I have to say for now.
