Where i hit my head is getting swollen again 9 months later

its weird. the exact point of impact where i hit my head swelled up to like 1/3 the size of the original bump on my head. it has a sore touch to it. i may have aggrivated it alittle bit after i noticed it came back by massaging it but im wondering why after 9 months my bump is coming back

i didnt hit my head agian anyone know?

i know this sounds crazy but could it be a fluid/puss build up and i should take a sterile clothes pin and poke the center of the bump and try drain out anything. i dont wanna mess around and give myself menagitis though. seriously how much of an option should this be?

Do not attempt to pierce the 'bump'

No.
Do not do this.
Someone will be along here shortly to perhaps suggest what it might be, how to deal with it.
Meanwhile, simply no, do not attempt to pierce the bump.
Ill-advised that would be.

I know you may think this an obvious idea but is it possible that there has always been a bump there since your accident and it is only now you have noticed?

Also, when we break a bone, new bone forms/grows around it as a protection, this can take months.
It may very well still be sore from 9 months ago, nerves are everywhere and nerve damage is often everlasting.

However if it is a soft lump, or if you are experiencing new symptoms then go to a GP.
