Could an inner ear problem be holding me back?
Ive been to every doctor except an ear doctor and all they said was rest will heal me.
Looking at my symptoms of minor vertigo and visual disturbances it kind of sounds from my readings that if i had some inner ear damage that my symptoms might be fixed if it was my ears. i hit the side of my head above my ear and knocked my head to the side real good really rattling my whole head since my head injury i notcied my left ear clicks a lot now and seems to pop more often and i feel my breaths through it more. my doctor said i had fluid and i think flonase opened it up should i even both trying to go to an ear Doctor its been 9 months....and what is the exact type of doctor that checks for your ears? |
Go to an ENT. There is test for your middle ear function. I just did the test and everything was normal. It took 3 hrs, was slightly uncomfortable. I think it would be good to rule it out and also get your vision tested by an optometrist that understands head injuries.

That would be an ENT in the U.S., i.e. Ear, Nose, Throat specialist, which may or may not require a referral from your primary care physician, depending upon your insurance or whatever. |
