ugh I got glutened.... misery
 

At a friends for t-day - they tried SO hard to make me gluten free stuff - but I got glutened anyway :( kinda miserable right now - with the flair of my fibro going on, my period (a particularly vicious one at that) now tummy pains

I dont ever really get loose stools, just NASTY cramps, gas, bloating and indigestion - sometimes joint pain and more.... Honestly the cramps bother me the most - they are a special type of pain :(

anyone have a tried and true medication or remedy for gluten pains :(
