just popping in to say hello

Things are crazy here and thrown me into a major flare so I haven't been online much. My poor neighbor has lost two more close relatives. It's just too insane not to be true. A son in law in another city died the day before Thanksgiving and her daughter who lives in this town was found dead in her bed on Thanksgiving morning of a stroke............just 49 yrs old. I can't imagine losing two children and a well loved son in law in approx two months. The neighbors and her grandchildren are not leaving her alone as she is distraught beyond measure. Prayer appreciated. Hugz all around.

Oh My Spine

Prayers abundant surround your neighbor and you who minister to her. Such tragedy is extremely difficult with which to deal.
Prayin,

Thanks, Mark. It's like a bad soap opera and I would find this entire senario a bit much to believe if I were not in the middle of it. The daughter that went on was also raising two pre-school grandchildren and they keep asking when Nana is coming home. It is heart breaking. Such a loving, faithfilled family. They are all pitching in and helping the widowed husband with the grandkids along with keeping an eye on Jeanne. I haven't heard a single person ask the obvious question..........why us? They just roll up their sleeves and do what needs to be done and keep praying.

Life has a way of testing and deepening our faith but I don't know that I would hold up as well as they are. The wee ones break my heart as they just don't grasp that Nana isn't coming back yet. Back to sleep now. Thanks for being there.

dear friend
a difficult time for certain
the pain of loosing any loved one
is enough to break a heart to pieces
and may forever be broken
i still have a hard time with the
loss of the two little boys
that were washed away from
their mothers arms in the storm
of Sandy two baby boys
washed from her arms
as the wave was over 10 feet
i cannot fathom in such pain
someone so close
and you can never let go
as such persons are a part of you
it is so sad and so so so painful
happy to know she is surrounded
by many loved ones
what a lesson on death
as i pray
God bless

Such very sad news. :( Those poor kids....and the husband. And for this to have happened right during the holidays.
My prayers are with the families.

I'm sorry you are in a flare, Spine. I hope it lifts very soon.
You certainly didn't need this

Rae
