This interesting and frightening link was posted recently in MS forum. The speaker is very passionate, and does talk very fast, but what he says, explains why so many drugs we have today are either not effective or worse, toxic.

It is something to think about. This problem has been going on here in US for a long time. There are even accounts of Merck,
who produced FAKE journals to convince doctors to use their products:

And they get away with this!
