I had went threw a year of Hell and 15 different doctors from a high speed car accident that was not my fault!My life has done a 360 in a year from not being able to talk to dementia!I wrote my whole story before this thread and I guess I took to long and was logged out when I went to submit!I just found out I have a severe case of PCS amongst a list of other things!I am 26years old and I did not know who or what I was doing for past year due to a health condition that I got no answers until the last 3 doctors I had most recently seen.I need help BAD I had to withdraw from school due to ENG that stamped that I have impairments!I went from fully functionable to I can't even spell!!!I am happy to know but I am not digesting this very well and I have to see 5 different therapist to help me.....but the doctors that are validating this diagnosis are telling me I need to get myself together because I have to focus on me before I can start seeing changes when I start all the therapy!I'm lost and I hope I can find my way back!They say I am curable but not 100% I will go back to who I was before.My speech is impaired I'm on edge of losing my hearing!MY LIFE DID A 360 HELP!!!:Speechless:

I am new here!I had been in a high speed car accident over a year ago and been to 15 different doctors and to hell and back in between!I went from fully functionable 26year old to a bed ridden not able to talk for months and now dementia that is BAD that I had to withdraw from school!

I used all my PIP and the other party that hit me will not pay nothing till I settle!I have the last 3 doctors that validated I have a very bad case of PCS and I have to under go 4 different therapies from neurocognitive, speech, physical (balance), and psychological.

I have every:Speechless: symptom and some under this condition and now some other impairments due to this long process!I am at my lowest in life and the doctors tell me I can get better but I need to work on me and positive for the the therapies to work!

I am having problems digesting this and dealing with the intense symptoms!Im lost and I hope I can be found!MY LIFE HAS DONE A 360 HELP!!:Speechless:

Look at it this way, you now have people to talk to... I've been living with various PCS symptoms for many years and have had improvement, no doubt. I understand how difficult and confusing this can be, exasperating too. Hang in there and work hard at your various therapies. Just keep going and I'm sure you will see improvement, just try not to get frustrated with the process, and read as much as you can.
