Pacemaker for The Brain

Has anyone been following the pacemaker for brain by Dr.Paul Rosenburg at John Hopkins University School of Medicine for alzheimer's and Parkinson's?I was wondering if they will add TBI or PCS?Anyone have input on this?

It appears the studies are still very early. The information about the research is sketchy. The research sounds like it will take 4 or 5 years to get approved for general use in the population. This research was started because the Alzheimer's drugs studied recently have proven to not be helpful at reducing the beta-amyloid plaques..
