Always looking for some miracle breakthrough. Has anyone heard of Xen402 or have enough knowledge to interpret if this may help reduce the pain?

The Nav1.7 sodium channels are a target for pain.

However, it will be some years before this reaches the public.
Phase II trials move on to Phase III and then the FDA evaluates the substance and that is another delay.
