Prayers for Connecticut
Another shooting tragedy...prayers for all who lost loved ones, and also those who survived...all will need our support and prayers...

At first I wondered if the shooter had a child who had been bullied there but he was a young man. I know the constitution gives us the right to bear arms. But this is reaching pandemic numbers lately, all because of this right. I feel so for those families, like you said who lost their loved ones and the ones who now have to try to make their child what happened and now trust going back to school. I pray for those parents as they watch their child going off to school that will have peace. I pray for the principals and teachers in the schools leading our children into healthy productive adult lives. I pray for legislatures as they deal with this. And I pray for the family members of this young man as they deal not only with the death of their young family member but must also realize and walk and live in that community knowing what he did to their children and teachers.

My heart just breaks for all those families. Such a senseless tragedy. :(

I'm sure that all Parents, all over the land are crying their eyes out, while holding their children close.:(:(
This absolutely broke my heart.:( |
I've been so sad about this all day long. Watching the little ones on the news who got away. :( They'll never get over this. We need to turn schools into armored buildings, to keep the crazies out. This is just such a tragedy. I can't imagine the pain of the parents waiting outdoors for their little ones and not seeing them come out. :( The things the little ones saw.

May God be with them!!
Times like this just pop out of no where. I will be seeing my grandkids tomorrow and believe me I am going to getting extra BIG hugs. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone up there, especially all the litle kids who were there and lost a dear friend. :smileypray:

Such an awful tragedy. :(

I spent most of yesterday crying off and on. I just kept thinking of my niece and her buddies and my great nieces. What if something like this happened to them? I woulf tun the tv off and then go and turn it back on. My sister and brother in law ended going to Anya's school in Texas and picking her up an hour early and taking her to see the Hobbit, with pizza, root beer, and warm chocolate chop cookies.

:Sob::Sob::Sob:
I pray for Conn. and the rest of this country and the world. If we don't start changing our ways we are headed to destroy ourselves. I cried yesterday as a mother but I know I could never feel the pain that those parents felt that lost their little angels. Jappy :_sad: |
