It's wierd

I had that epidural the other day and it has removed so much pain. It'd so weird when you do something that used to cause so much pain and it's not there. You almost get dissappointed that it's gone. Sort of like losing an old friend.

Hey, so glad the epidural worked !! I hope it works for a good long time too! Keep us posted on how long this goes on, will you?

Are you in competition still? How are you doing?

Talk to you soon, Hugs, Lee ;)

Glad to hear they do work for somebody! I have never had any success with them. I sure wish that it would have worked for me :)

I agree with the Floridian. I truely wish they provided more relief for me. When the doc says it should offer relief for 3 to 4 months and my pain was back 12 to 18 hours, it was a huge disappointment! Congtats and good luck with your continued relief.

Of course they also tell you," Slight pinch here." and "You may feel some mild discomfort."

It is a bit wierd. With a little bit of luck and a lot of practice, we learn to make peace with the pain. I'm not saying it becomes your friend but you do make peace with it. When it is gone or reduced for whatever period of time, it rather feels like something is missing. Be well and have a Merry Christmas.
