Melatonin and PN

I thought this was in my head but now I am starting to believe that taking melatonin makes my pn worse.

I chalked it up to coincidence in the past, I don't take melatonin very often, or even regularly, only once a month maybe, so it's hard to say there is a correlation at first. But I took it for the last 3 nights and last night was the worse kind of pain I have ever had. Not just the regular burn but a pain that is hard to describe. My big toes felt like they were vibrating.

I am not taking it tonight, will see what happens but it seems more than coincidence now that every time I take it I have a bad night.

Guess it wasn't that great anyway, don't have to have it, but thought I would share my experience.

Is there anything else in that tablet? Some melatonin comes with other ingredients. Some have valerian and theanine added.
What are the inert ingredients on the label?

Doesn't bother me. I take 3 mg Schiff melatonin with a mixture every night.
It helps me sleep.
