Really New

Hi folks,
By way of introduction, I am reasonably computer literate, however, I am not at all forum literate. Since I am 75 years young, I will consider any criticism as help so please feel free to help me get smart on forum use. I've looked around some and already believe I have found the right place to receive help with peripheral neuropathy. If I understand the rules, you will use this post to check me out, then I can post in the appropriate forum to actually discuss my problem. If that's true then I'm on mt way.Anyway, Happy New Year to all of you and I'm looking forward to joining you. Oops, I forgot myself, my name is Patrick. Thanks!
