Am I being paranoid?

On October 29th I hit my head in a longboard accident and passed out. The doctor said it was a severe concussion but the CT said there wasn't any swelling or anything.
After the concussion I had very bad insomnia for 3 weeks, I couldn't concentrate easily and couldn't read for extended periods of time without getting a headache. But I have been noticing improvement.
I was an old friends house yesterday and one of them playfully bumped the back of my head. He didn't know about my accident. And I started feeling a slight headache. I have a slight headache but i know that im dehydrated. I'm freaking out because I just transferred to a top 20 school and I keep thinking of how my life will become the worst day of my life extended by a few brief naps but maybe my headache is bc of anxiety. SOMEONE SNAP ME OUT OF IT.

Relax. It's going to all feels worse unless you relax. That's what I learned. Stress and anxiety to blow up our symptoms and make them worse then what they are. Take a break, chill, do something relaxing. Also, drink some water and take a tylenol. :)

Definitely relax, it could just be a headache, in all reality they did bump your head. The more you think and stress about it the worse you'll feel, anxiety is a monster and makes everything escalate.

Hope you feel better! :)

I've bumped my head several times since my initial injury without it making my condition any worse. While my recovery from the first injury has been extremely slow, I never flared up after hitting my head those few times.

Take it easy, accept things as they are, and take things as they come. You have a choice to accept your current situation or not to accept it. If you don't accept it, you'll feel miserable regardless of whether you have actually injured yourself.
