Rubber legs.......ugh!
Feeling a bit down. All this lying around in "recovery" has made my legs extremely weak.
Just left the gym after the most pathetic work out ever. My legs were just too heavy to push through. Tell me this gets better! |

You can get a set of stationary pedals so you can sit and work your legs a bit. Here is a link. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss...al%2Caps%2C309 You might want to check your Blood Pressure and pulse to see if you are getting good blood flow. A low BP can leave legs feeling weak. My best to you. |
