Update on my supplements
Thanks to Mark, I am now a new regimen every morning.
My Vitamins List contains: Vitamin B Complex Complete Omega 3 6 9 Potassium Multivitamin Is this a good start or should I be on the lookout for more supplements? Thanks for the input! :hug: |
You probably need a Vitamin D as well, unless you are a sun worshiper.

Yes, vitamin D 5000 iu plus the multi needs to be high potency. Most aren't. It takes weeks to see a difference.

I would add turmeric and consider taking krill oil in addition to the fish oil.

Just a short comment, one does not need fish oil at all if using krill oil.
Krill oil is more potent per capsule and some doctors feel it is superior to fish oil. Krill oil is however, more expensive than fish oil. We use MegaRed in this house, both of us. |

Make sure that the D is "D3".
I have tried a lot of different Omega Oils - I really liked Udo's Oil with DHEA until I tested positive for a sesame seed allergy. Now I take Norwegian Gold Critical Omega. |
