Is this a good day or start to recovery?

Hi Everyone!

I woke up and wow, never felt better. I smiled for the first time in ever, I actually didn't feel nauseous. My body was super tired though, so I went to sleep again, it wasn't full sleep, but I felt refreshed. When I forced myself to eat this morning, it was easier than most days. In fact, I ate the banana so fast it made my head spin! (Not literally) All I could think about was school and my friends and wow, i just don't believe it. The only thing I did feel this morning was a bit of anxiety so I lit up some candles to ease me. I still had a bit of middle of the night insomnia, woke up at 3:40 am, but surprisingly forced myself back to a bit of sleep. So, I don't know and I really can't tell if I am recovering or if its the supplements or its the fact I forced myself back to sleep. My neck still hurts a bit though. Hopefully this too shall pass.

Glad to hear you are having a good day!! Waking that way is worth a million bucks! (Funny that we take it for granted until we don't have it!)

Here's a huge tip: If you are having a good day, resist the urge to over do it!!! Feeling good, you'll find yourself wanting to do all kinds of things you normally struggle with. If you over do it, you will feel 10x worse later today or tomorrow.

Just enjoy the good feelings :)

A wise person once said to me, "Be glad you are having a good day. No matter how feel tomorrow, no one can take this good day away from you!"

Glad it's a good one!! :)
