metamucil

I was just wondering if I'm taking metamucil if it will have a negative effect on the supplements that I am taking. The supplements that I am taking are b12, rla and benfotiamine.

Metamucil will absorb drugs, and therefore will absorb nutrients too. It is best to space things around it. Take the medications either 4 hrs after, or 1 hour before taking the Metamucil.
